Iused to be fair with each child and thus try to analyse their needs, strengths and weakness. Iencourage responsive and democratic inclusive practice and assure that families andcommunities can also participate with me for the child development. 7b.) CROC CROC guides me to assure that a healthy and safe learning environment is provided tochild. Their must be no discrimination, harm, bullying or lack of services which can cause threatto the child (Slee, 2018).
