Christian worldview means framework of ideas and beliefs through which a Christian
group or individual interact with world can be identified. It is important to focus on Christian
worldview because different cultures have different beliefs (Moreland and Craig, 2017). The

Christian worldview refers to Sovereign of all existence. There are some key features of
Christian worldview such as, humanity, Christ and restoration. By analyzing and reflecting this
people can discover their own worldview. Their culture and tradition is different from others.
The working style of Christians is different from other people and their perspective is also
different. It is essential to understand Christian worldview because they are applying this to their
professional life and not doing anything wrong with anyone. There are three areas of a
worldview such as, existence, morals and knowledge. These elements are important in Christian
worldview and plays a crucial role (Nerhus and Mooney, 2019). In professional life, these
elements are applied by people and they are doing business in different way.
They are forgiving people who have done wrong and giving them a chance to improve
themselves. Three major Christian worldview are, naturalism which means nothing exist other
than physical universe, theism which means god is the source of everything which exists but this
is a different form of creation. Last element is pantheism which means everything in this world
which exist is god. Christianity worldview is different from others and it refers to framework of
ideas and beliefs through which a Christian individual or group interacts. It is important to give
respect to everyone and treat them equally because all the people are having right to share their
views. According to Christian worldview, all people should get respect and their perspective is
different. A worldview is a set of beliefs and values which is related to aspects of reality,
perceiving, thinking, knowing and doing things. All people are having their perspective and
thinking new ideas. Worldview also referred to as, one’s philosophy, mindset, faith, formula for
life and religion. It is important to understand Christian worldview and learn something from
them because they are following some ethics and working according to that (Peterson, 2020).
