INTRODUCTIONOrganizational change is the process of transforming business policies, structure,strategies, technological changes for betterment in the future (Lozano, Nummert andCeulemans, 2016). Present study will be based upon Alshaya company. It deals in retail sectorthat include brands like H&M, Debenhams etc. Report will include pestle and swot analysis that influence organization and ways thatimpact working of company in the future due to change. It also include factors that are involvedin change process and different approaches used in managing change. Furthermore, it willinclude behavioural responses and role of HR in organization change. PART AExternal and internal factors that affect organization Various causes that lead to affect functioning of business are as follows:Political Factors This include various laws that will have greater impact on business operation such asimplementation of policies by government. These laws are applicable and cause effect in theorganization that affect working of it and may affect changes that are done for increasingeffectiveness of working for the future. For example: Alshaya's political stability will getdisturbed due to changes in government policy that affect operations of business in the future. Economical FactorsChanges in exchanges rates, inflation rates, interest rates that affect economic conditionof organization as it become difficult for doing export and import from other countries due towhich business will affect in the future (Lozano, Ceulemans and Seatter, 2015).
