Integration: This is the element that describes the unity among the citizens of any country
which increases the possibilities of being a diversified nation along with respecting each other's
beliefs. Public services in the nation are integrated and they provide method for creating a new
mindset of government official for collaborating towards engagement of constituencies.
Tolerance: This is the specific element which explains the limit of enduring any particular thing
which is quite needed for maintaining the diversity. It is require that Public services should be
tolerant so that right support could be provided to individuals living in the society and better
reforms could be created. It aids for avoiding any conflicting situations and grievences among
public. For example Police needs to handle various crime related issues and for that it is required
that they should have tolerance.
Multiculturalism: The act of staying together even if people belong to different cultures is
known as multiculturalism. In order to maintain the diversity, multiculturalism is significant. It is
essential that Public services such as Police should follow Multiculturalism. Police services in
UK are Multicultural and officers having different cultural background are working there.
Rights and Responsibilities of individuals: It is essential that all citizens should abide by the
rules and regulatory framework that have been formed by the government. They need to fulfill
their responsibility so that growth and progress of nation could be ensured. All public service
providers such as Police, health care services and educational institutional needs to follow the
regulations that are being made by the state.
Equal opportunities: every people deserve the equal opportunities to education, employment
and survival irrespective of caste, creed, race, gender and religion. All the public service
organization needs to make it ensure that all citizens should provided equal services to the
individuals. For example Police and health care organizations needs to deliver equal services to
all individuals without making any discrimination on the basis of educational qualification,
gender, financial background and religion and ethnicity.
Positive action on inclusion: There must be a positive action to be taken on an inclusion of any
other regional issues for maintaining diversity. Police needs to take positive and effective action

on inclusion. If there arise any type of regional issue than it is required that police should include
it. It will aid for maintaining diversity.
Corporate Social Responsibility: It is defines as responsibility of organisation towards society.
Police needs to buy resources from government agreed services. It is because they are not
