Automated Email Notification for Order Status Changes

This assignment provides a solution for implementing an automated email notification system for order status changes. The system is designed to send email notifications to specific recipients when an order transitions between "Allocated" and "Clarification Can" statuses. The solution details two scenarios: one where an order moves to "Clarification Can" and another where it moves back to "Allocated." For each scenario, the assignment specifies the recipient email addresses and the content of the email, including the order number, timestamp of the status change, and assigned deadline. The solution outlines how to notify different teams (1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, 5K, 6K, and OJT) and administrators ([e-mail], [e-mail], and others) based on the order's status change, ensuring timely communication regarding order management.

CLARIFICATION CAN NOTIFICATION
Agenda:- When an allocated order assigned to IHT is moved to Clarification Can order
status or vice-versa, email notification to be generated at concerned Admins end.
Scenario 1:- In case the order was “ALLOCATED” to any Team of Kolk, and the status
was changed by Kolkata to “Clarification Can” an automated mail to be generated and
sent to the following ID’s –

Scenario 2:- In Case Order Status Changed from “CLARIFICATION CAN” to
“ALLOCATED” – A mail to be sent to the respective team the order was assigned -
