INTRODUCTION
Classroom dynamic involves the interaction between teachers and students who have
a purpose to learn. It is also a positive classroom atmosphere so that students are able to feel
comfortable in the communication and learning process with the teacher and students. This
report aims to analyse the impact of class dynamics on learning (Muls and et.al., 2019). It is
necessary to understand that class dynamic is found to be a very important role in the success
and growth of the individual. This report also involves the collaboration and learning between
group members which is very important in order to achieve the group goals. In addition to
this, the report also discusses some motivational approaches for engaging group learning and
some behaviour management solutions which is necessary to use in the classroom.

Examine the impact of class dynamics on learning.
It is very important to understand those class dynamics is providing a direct or
indirect impact on learning. Classroom dynamics include imagination, emotions and student
behaviour. In addition to this, it also involves student interactions and the way teachers
present their academic materials. The classroom dynamic is very helpful in order to create a
positive classroom culture. It is found that group dynamics is providing an impact on
learning. For example, if it is found that there is a dysfunctional group dynamic so the
learning gets negatively impacted and it includes leadership problems, free riding,
unaddressed conflict and poor time management (How Group Dynamics Affect Student
Learning, 2019). It is very important to tackle these types of problems. If it is identified that a
teacher organising a collaborative project in the classroom then it is very important for them
to make sure that the needs and wants of each individual because it is not necessary that
every student get happy with the material of the teacher. It is identified that if the classroom
dynamic is not effective then it provides and negative impact on the learning as it creates
conflicts in the learning process.
Disorganized spaces create feelings of anxiety and stress which result in a negative
impact on the learning (Han, 2020). So that's why the resource suggested that it is very
important to focus on motivation in the learning by making the study space very clean and
tidy. Classroom dynamic involves the student behaviour which needs to be very positive for

the learning program because if students are not taking interest in the classroom then the
learning is not possible.
Facilitate collaboration and learning between group members.
It is important to understand that collaboration and learning is very important for the
group members as it helps in achieving the goals and objective of learners. This is the reason
that the education sector needs to facilitate collaboration and learning between group
members so that they are able to achieve their ultimate objective. For that purpose, some
important strategies are mentioned below:
Establishing goals plays a very important role in order to facilitate collaboration and
learning in the group (Nunes, and et.al., 2021). Establishing of group course is able to
keep the group on task and also includes an unambiguous purpose. It is very
important that before beginning any assignment learners should get clearly define
goals and objectives for saving their time.
Building trust and promoting open communication also facilitate collaboration and
effective learning among the group members. It is found that successful interpersonal
communication should exist in the team which helps to build trust. It is really very
helpful in order to deal the emotional issues and also deal with interpersonal
problems. Open communication is found to be a key in the studies that helps to
provide collaborative learning.
It is important to create group rules, especially in larger tasks which help to save the
timing. One important example of a classroom in the science lab (Sadikin,
Lutfiansyach, and Sukmana, 2019). It is the right of students to choose their roles and
maybe get the alternative role in sections.
When individuals in a group are considering the learning process itself as a part of the
assessment then it facilitates effective collaborative learning and also helps in
developing children's social as well as interpersonal skills.
Use motivational approaches to engage group learning.
A group task or goal can be achieved only when each individual in a group is
engaging in group learning. Sometimes it is identified that people are not taking any interest
in the group learning because they maybe have an issue with another point of view and
opinions. This is the main reason that it is crucial to use some motivational approaches which
