Taylor’s Scientific management- FW Taylor developed theory of scientific principle
that is based on several principles. The major intention to develop this theory is to execute
different scientific methods in the operations of an organisation which determines that an
organisation needs to relay on principles rather than on judgements. It helps the managers of
Havez, Haz and Tas to develop appropriate methods due to which each task related with bars,
cafes and their restaurants is accomplished through effective approach (Bell and Martin,
2012).
Another aspect that was formulated by Taylor focused on specialisation and
standardisation due to which it is for management of Hazev, Haz and Tas to divide their task
into sequential and systematic manner. This results that finance, marketing and other
departments of an organisation delegates their task effectively to each employee of the
organisation as per their roles and responsibilities (Classical management theory, 2015)
