She can complete 20 push-ups on her knees in 60 seconds. What a star!When Amy has fun in the outdoors, she is animated and has a smile on her face. There will be four children participating at once.Amy’s fun program for her and her friends Gypsy, Grace and Apple in the park on weekends can include game of throwing a ball. All the children can make a square formation and then throw ballto each other by handing them one at a time. The one, who misses the ball will need to start the game all over again. This game will reflect reflexes of the children and they will also enjoy the sessions in the park.There can be other exercise related programs planned for Amy and her friends as well.
