INTRODUCTION
Climate change can be referred to as the long term shifts of the environment which
involves the change in the temperatures as well as the weather patterns. These shifts
are natural but through the evaluation it was found that human activities are much
harming the climate, so they are considered as the main drivers of the climate change
(Kellogg and Schware, 2019). The change in the environmental conditions of the planet
is the climatic changes. This change has become the global concern as this has since
the last few years as due to these changes the natural resources are depleting. This
essay will discuss the extent to which the activities of the humans have brought the
climatic changes.

Essay-
From the last few years, the climate change has become the global concern as
this change is happening at very fast pace. This global concern is also harming the
planet as by this the natural resources are getting declined and due to this, it has
become necessary for taking the corrective measures to save the planet and the natural
resources. From the past thousand years, the carbon cycle was much balanced and
steady but since 19th century the humans have induced the CO2 emissions from the
fossil fuel combustion, manufacturing the cement as well as the increased deforestation
has caused the imbalance (Emanuel, 2018). They are adding much amount of the CO2
to the atmosphere at very fast speed. From the study it has been found that the human
activities has lead to release in the large amount of the CO2 as well as the many other
greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. This has caused the change in the climate of the
earth as well as the changes in the natural processes such as the sun's energy,
volcanic eruptions and many more.
In the present era, solely the activities of the humans release around 30 billion
tons of the carbon dioxide to the atmosphere in each year. The activities such as the
agriculture, road construction, deforestation and many more has caused the change in
the reflectivity of the surface of the Earth and this has lead to the local warming. The

human activities which are considered as the primary cause of the climate change are
the driving cars, creation of the electricity as well as cutting of the forests. These
activities release the gases to the atmosphere which are known as the greenhouse
gases as these warm the planet (Gobler, 2020). The two biggest sector which are
considered as the largest contributor to the climate change at the global level is the
electricity generation and the food and land use. For generating the electricity, humans
burns coal, oil and the natural gas which leads to the global emissions. Moving ahead it
is important to understand the climatic changes where it is the long term effect in the
nature and environment from where it harms the environment in increasing manner.
Climate changes can be referred as rising of the sea levels, mountain glaciers, and ice
melting in highly manner usually in Antarctica and Arctic.
However, the human activities are mainly responsible and contributing their acts
in making the environment harm and suffer from drastic climatic changes which is
occurred majorly by the human being activities. With the time, the environments getting
impacted in highly manner and causes the negative affects to the humans again. Here,
mentioning the few human activities which are putting the great negative impact of the
environment and leading the climatic changes which provide the negative results and
outcome in the definite manner (Tabari, 2020). The main factor of the humans which
impacts the environment is the overpopulation as the population has been reached to
the level which is the maximum capacity of the planet to sustain. In the today times, the
human population is increasing day by day from where the people will use the nature
and environment in the increasing manner which harms the nature and provides the
climatic changes like global warming. According to the United Nations Population Fund,
the population of the human being it grew from 1.6 billion to 6.1 billion during the 20 th
century where this can be increase in daily life and deliver the huge amount of impact
on the climate and surroundings.
Global warming is increasing in daily life where it increases the average
temperature on Earth about 1 degree Celsius and causes massive industrial activity. It
is happening because the greenhouse gases is trapping the more and excessive
amount of the heat in the atmosphere around the world and also disturbing the water
bodies like seas and oceans. Along with this, the human activity also includes the

deforestation which simply means cutting down of the forests and trees in the excessive
manner from where the people can be able to get their needs to be fulfilled by using the
forest land and trees for the furniture and the materials which overall benefits the human
being (Chen and Mueller, 2018). Thus, deforestation is done by the human by in
different ways many people fire out the forest where many trees are burned out from
where the store carbon has the potential to be released back into the surrounding and
atmosphere as CO2 and contribute the climatic change in the wider manner. Trees and
plants capture the carbon dioxide and accumulating in the atmosphere and warming the
earth.
Human beings cleared out the forests for fulfilling their needs and requirements
from which the climatic changes takes place. When trees are felled, the carbon they had
been storing is released and rots or burns on the forest floor, resulting in even greater
emissions. Livestock and crops, which frequently replace the now-depleted forest,
produce vast volumes of even more greenhouse emissions. These emissions account
for a fifth of all global emissions when added together. Our assessment of the negative
consequences of deforestation focuses solely on emissions, ignoring how deforestation
disrupts the lives and customs of forest communities, as well as how many species of
plants and animals are lost and disrupting ecosystems' delicate equilibrium. For
example, an increase in mosquito-borne infections or the quick development of roya, an
insidious plant disease that threatens our coffee supply, is all indirect effects (Konapala,
Mishra, Wada and Mann, 2020).
In addition, the increased usage of the automobiles also leads the impact on the
climate and environment in the wider manner from where the person can fulfil their
needs and requirements by harming the nature and climate in wider way. In today era,
there are many people who are using the automobiles in larger manner in a particular
house where only two people are living they are also using the 3-4 automobiles for
fulfilling their desires which is harming the nature in rapid manner. The carbon pollution
has been done by the transportation from the vehicles and automobiles from where it is
impacting the nature in the larger manner. This is also a major cause of the global
warming which is harming the ozone layer of the earth and making the earth to get the

higher temperature of the sun rays in the heavy manner (Bustamante, Silva, Scariot,
and et.al., 2019).
Also, the industries of manufacturing or any other business is also putting the
negative impact on the climate and environment where human bring their business in
the industries where it releases the lot of different kinds of gases which revolve around
the atmosphere and impacting the environment and air pollution in the wider manner
and leading the earth to be get suffered from many and different negative effects by the
human contributions. The greenhouse gases emissions from the transportation from the
vehicles accounts about 29% of the total US greenhouse gas emission where it is the
largest contribution of the US in greenhouse gases emissions (Fawzy, Osman, Doran
and Rooney, 2020). When the fossil fuels are burned it releases the wider amount of the
carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases into the air and surroundings and it traps the
heat in the atmosphere in higher manner which causes the global warming in the
increasing manner.
CONCLUSION
The above mentioned report has concluded the importance of the climate and
environment which is the important part for the human or living being survival. But the
human contribution in making the wider climatic changes is increasing day by day
where human activities are harming the nature and environment in the wider manner
and leading the climatic changes. This above mentioned report ha summarised the
different human activities which are putting the impact on the nature and providing the
climatic changes in highly manner.
