The concept of the Climate change is tend to be refers to the long-term shifts and
variation that is being seen in temperatures as well as the weather patterns which has enhanced
the risk of the natural disaster and other challenges through creating environmental imbalance
(Forchtner, 2019). It has been seen and reviewed that the climate change has tend to worsens and
create dangerous weather events which are now becoming more frequent or severe including of
the intense drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels. Further, it has been also seen that the
sooner have a response towards the climate change the lower will be the risk. Therefore, current
research paper is based on the topic of the “What do you feel you should do to respond to the
challenge of climate change? What do you think you will do?

The climate change tend to reflect about the condition of the having the apparent change
within the climate pattern based on increased level of the atmospheric carbon dioxide and other
green house gases caused by use of fossil fuel and other substances. Further, it has been also seen
and reviewed that the shifts may be natural as it might be created and lead out through some sort
of the variations in the solar cycle. But still, the activities of the human which causes higher
pollution and imbalance in environment are the main driver of the climate change which includes
of the brining fossil fuel and emission of other carbon gases (Foden and et. al., 2019). Beside
this, the climate change also presents and reflects the change within the pattern of the weather
that is mainly related to change in the oceans as well as land surfaces and ices sheets. Thus, the
climate change has resulted in form of the more frequent and intense drought along with higher
chances of the storms, heat waves, etc (Treen, Williams and O'Neill, 2020). Along with this, the
issue related with the rising sea levels, melting of the glaciers as well as random warming oceans
has been also seen that tend to directly harm the livelihood, animals along with destroy the
places they live, and wreak havoc on people's livelihoods and communities. Therefore, it tends to
has become important and vital for everyone to take some effective steps to effectively respond
towards the issues of climate change. Beside this, the another reason to take step and response
towards the climate change comprises of the fact that it would help and lead to the lowering in
the risk of climate change to ensure the reduction within the negative impacts of the climate
change (Diaz and Moore, 2017) Therefore, instead of the becoming more dependent to the

factors that causes climate change such as burning of fossil fuel it is needed to reduce the
dependency level and use of the fossils fuels and electricity.
One of the most effective ways to respond towards the climate change consists of the
opting for the eco-friendly options such as the solar energy and wind power. Further, it has been
also feel that the strategy of consuming less is seemed to be the easiest as well as effective way

crisis, 2021). Along with this, it has been also felt that the taking of the significant impact to
create a green society is also a vital way to respond to the issue of climate change that consist of
limiting the use of the personal vehicles that emit higher greenhouse gases and destroy the
atmosphere. Instead of that leading a habit of taking pubic transportation and riding bike or otter
eco-friendly modes of transportation would cut down the carbon emission thus supports effective
response towards climate change (Beckage and et. al., 2018). Further, leading some global
movement and taking effective step to encourage the friends, family and other individuals in
society towards the climate change and sustainability is also a vital way to respond in collective
manner towards climate change. Apart from thus, it has been also felt that the adoption of 3R’s
that is reduce, reuse and recycle would also be an effective response towards the issue of climate
change.
The effective response and step that would be adopted to reduce the risk and other
challenges associated with climate change would comprises of the implication of green and eco-
friendly practices in day to day routine. Habit of switch off the fan and all other electric
appliance when not in use would be made to reduce the consumption of electricity . Along with
this, replacement of burping fossil fuel would be made with use of solar energy and other
sustainable and renewable resources (Janssens and et. al., 2020). Beside this, the implication of
the habit of reduce, recycle and rescues would also be made as it limit the emission of
greenhouse gases and ensures a more cleaner alternative to have reduction in issue of climate
change. It has been also ensures that a timely collection and check on the discarded paper, glass,
plastic, and electronics would be made to local recycling centre to ensure the there efficient use
and regular recycling.

On the basis of current research paper, a conclusion can be made that climate change has
created many drastic issues and challenge in form of higher risk of natural disaster as well as
leading adverse weather conditions that is negatively affective lives of people and animals.
Further, it has been also summarised that taking of some effective steps has become essential to
limit and lower the risk of climate change, Beside this, it has been also concluded that adoption
of 3R’s i.e Reduce, reuse, and recycle supports effective response towards climate change along
with having reducing in carbon emission and other green house gases.
