Introduction

solution, which can be noted here, is linked to the factor of evidence-based practice so that
the maximum result and output can be generated from the area. The style of leadership Here
can be considered one of the areas, which should be focused due to the factor that the
decision-making area, which would be prevailing Here, would be directly helping the health-
related issue factor.
Here of nursing leadership according to (Townsend & Morgan, 2017) the factor of
teamwork can be considered to be very much imperative which is due to the factor that there
can be a different complex situation which has to be managed in a limited manner without

any issue being seen in the area. The factor of communication can be noted as one of the
factors of leadership, which is playing very imperative role Here. Moreover, it can be stated
that if there is a proper communication maintained between the team it can directly lead to
the factor of success. Here, it can be noted that there are various forms of patients and each of
the patients may have different forms of areas of requirement. In this context, it can be stated
that communicating the need and demand of the patients is very much important.
Accordingly, to (Moran, Burson & Conrad, 2016), the allocation of care should be given to
each of the patients in a proper manner so that the optimal care can be given to each of the
patient.
The area of leadership should be done in a manner so that the management of the
different activities can be done in a proper manner so that patients care area is optimal in
most of the situation (Odell, 2015). It can directly lead to the factor of better planning of
healthcare, which would be directly beneficial for the patient’s recovery. Hence, the duty of
the nurses in the sector can be considered very much important. One of the concepts, which is
focused, by most of the nursing candidate is linked to the factor of evidence-based practice
which directly makes the working of the nurses more theoretical based (Alligood, 2017). This
approach has directly modified the working area, which is included in most of the cases.
Hence, in this evidence-based practice, it can be stated that the context of leadership is very
much imperative which would be directly providing a basic means of gaol and objectives
which has to be reached.
In the management, align area it can be considered that treatment should be direct
with the requirement of the patient. Management area can be considered one of the domains,
which directly helps in the management of the areas. In this context, it can be stated that
nursing plays a crucial role Here so that health care can be directly be aligned with the need
