INTRODUCTION
Clinical pathology is one of the medical speciality which is concerned to diagnosis of
disease which is based on laboratory analysis of body fluids like urine, tissue homogenates,
bloods and the extracts which is by using some tool of microbiology, chemistry, molecular
pathology etc. and requires a medical residency. Clinical pathologist direct special division
which includes blood bank, clinical chemistry along with biology, immunology, serology,
toxicology etc. This report is based on medical condition of Mrs. Da Silva who have different
health issues in which major is renal and cardiovascular disease and medical history too which
creates different complications. Patient have renal problem which is major problem and there is
also inclusion of obesity which also creates complication during treatment of cardiovascular due
to previous medical history. This report includes the significance of any abnormal diagnostic
tests, significance of factors which can indicate the higher risk of pathology, there is explanation
about the abnormal diagnostic tests. This report is covering some of the questions to
differentiating possible diagnostic which is based on clinical references. There are some
evidence which can help in evaluating the significance related with sign and symptoms This
report is also covering the intervention or treatment or management which is according to given
scenario (D’Angelo 2016).

CAUSES AND SYMPTOMS INCLUDING THE MEDICAL HISTORY
Discussing any sign or symptoms which are there can create the shortness of breath
which is according to given scenario and is about the old lady Mrs. Da Silva which is having
different health issues as medical history. There are some of the sign and symptoms which are
there playing their own role in getting the need to acquire the medical help which can help in
getting well to the patient which is lady here. Mrs. Da Silva is the patients who presented to the
accident and suffering from the acute onset breath shortness which is one of the emergency
situation for the lady and any type of misconduct and taking the condition lightly or ignoring can
loss of life. So doctors need to take it as very serious problem and need to get the medical history
of that lady soon to get the total problem and avoid the drug drug interaction which can be
harmful at that time. As per the medical history there is need to include the present situation and
according to the medical history there is need to get the diagnosis of such issues which were in

the past time and after that fast treatment should be there to avoid the loss of life which is due to
combination of accident and shortness of breath. COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease). Some of the symptoms which are there can cause the shortness of breath are like tight
sensation in breath, feeling to take breath rapidly, feeling of not getting enough oxygen to breath
quickly, sometimes prolonged sitting can also cause breath shortness due to bad posture. There
are some causes which are there responsible for the shortness of breath which is generally caused
due to Anxiety is one of the cause which generally cause the shortness of breath, sometimes
heart attack gets mistaken by shortness of breath. There are some of the circumstances which are
also responsible for the shortness of breath which are like high altitudes, poor air quality,
strenuous exercise, temperature extremes and many more. Medical history should be considered
to get the pres3ent treatment which can help in better treatment which can also be cause by due
to the medical history of Mrs. Da Silva. Lady is having the high BMI which should be between
18.5 to 24.9 due to this which is there also the high weight creates the cause of such problem and
there is due to such treatment is little complicated and doctors need to regular check the patient
improvement. As per the observation there is much problem in health which needs the
continuous observation to the health and requires proper care which is one of the life threatening
disease in which there is progressive lung diseases (Lewis 2016).

RELATION WITH PATHOLOGY
Diagnostic test is clinical and biotechnology method, which is use for the confirmation of
disease analyse by the symptom's. Their are some sets of norms for particular test and result is
analyse on the basis of that norms. All the test results are either normal and abnormal, in normal
result it consider as related to the significant function of the body, where in the abnormal result is
consider as the difficult situation of the individual body. Where the functional system of the
person either get below the average or above average functional limits of the body and its
component, which is important in clinical care for the identification of causes of that particular
abnormal result, it is also crucial for the doctors to analyse abnormal factors through which they
can diced the intervention and disease controlling plan. In some diagnostic test abnormal is
consider as the uncertain result for the diagnosis of health problem, in that situation some other
test have to be done for further verification of disease and its causes (Luo 2016). Pathology in
