INTRODUCTION The role of nursing is defined as providing the advocate level of care and support which is associated with individual and used to support through health and illness. As per this, the nurse used to provide quality of health and wellbeing which is related with the patient (Ardian et. al., 2019). Whereas, the other role is to monitor patient health and records sign which is associated with chronic disease. Moreover, they also provide support for the development of medication and treatments. With the context with reflection, theGibbs reflective cycleare used to encourage the people who think about the systematically based experience that they have some experience during the specific situation, events and activity. By using this, the reflection on those experience can be structured (Bass et. al., 2020). In this, the reflection is completely based on various aspect which is happen during the course placement. As per this, the experience is configuring and take necessary as per the course placement. MAIN BODY Personal and professional self-reflection The personal experience towards the topic is based on the clinical practice which is performed by me as a role of nurse. In this, the personal and professional feeling have their own level of empathy that associated with the role. The personal development with this role is to know the people behaviour in terms of psychology. The requirement of patient with any complication is also based on my personal development. Building relationship with patient is also a personal experience which help to contribute towards the personal development. As a role of nurse and getting the approach which is based on the placements. With a core knowledge it help in providing quality of health by following code of conduct, code of practice and with this, the NMBAstandardthiscaringandsupportingbehaviourcomesinexistenceofprofession. Moreover, the code of practice and code of conduct provide a role and responsibility to the nurse in order to perform well and provide quality of health and quality of care to the patient (Bass et. al., 2017). During the placement, there are number of challenge which used to encounter the placement with this course. Evaluation With this, the evaluation is taken which help to provide an aspect which is associated with role of nurse is that they contributing themselves towards the patient for their health. They used to 1
monitor the patient in the effective way by providing medicine and treatment which is helpful to resolve the issue of patient. This is also evaluated that they have number of challenge which include maintenance of communication between patient and healthcare professional. Moreover, the contrast with placements, the question is usually focus on the development of quality study and evaluation which is based on functional scenario of nurse. In context with this, they also coordinate with other medical staff to perform their role in well way that also contribute to patient health (MacKenna 2020). Analysis With the analysis of role of nurses and placements, I used to perform such certain challenge which is difficult for me and create stress which is manage regards with. With this all, I used to learn about technique and way to reduce the stress which is depend on the workload. The time management skill is also enhancing which help me to balance the work life. It is also helpful to develop new skill and knowledge that play role in development of quality of health and care towards the patient. The clinical experience creates a positive behaviour which help to identify the path which provide patient well-being and resilience. The outcome from the clinical practice is that I learnt about various way to treat patient and develop communication and interaction which is best possible to formulate resilience and well-being within healthcare (Mantzourani et. al., 2019). Conclusion As per the above discussion, it is analysed that the placements ask with the aspect and regards with the course which motive derive the patient requires support and care during any chronic illness. Moreover, in such cases nurses play vital role in the development of care and support. As a nurse, it is very challenging for me to provide complete resilience to patient but with the communication, teamwork and interaction. I always configure right path which help to develop care plan for the patient to take effective treatment and overcome from such situation which may create hindrance in their health. Strategies for practice In this, for the patient compliance always develop care plan which work as an action plan that have generic to specific information of patient and detailed treatment plan. In this, the nursing care plan is essential to treat patient, the monitoring of patient medication and self-management 2
