Selection of cloud vendor took around 4 days. The risk management plan has been made in 6 days. The plan for procurement and contingency took around 9 days. After the identification end to end current processes has been done in 6 days. The phase of defining of end to end future business for wiser took around 5days. The project development phase took around 71 days. In which the phase of ERP prototype outlining took around 9 days (Ganesh and Mehta,2016). The designing of prototype took around 10 days. The stage of interface design took around 12 days. Coding phase took around 10 days. After that identification of cloud platform and its incorporation took around 20 days.
