SLA Availability
This is mainly used for determining the service that is provided by SLA. These are
mainly determined by using time slot. The availability of SLA is also concerned about the
service duration that is provided towards the users (Musa, Yousif and Bashi 2016). The main
reason behind using SLA is that it utilizes service quality management for the purpose of
determining the QoS characteristics. The availability metric is mainly used for the purpose of
determining the time duration for which the service will be available towards the users. This has
been considered as one of the major metrics as it helps in managing the activities effectively.
Availability is one of the major factors as it ensures that proper support is being provided
towards the users. This leads to increase in customer satisfaction and also ensures that the
services are provided effectively (Xiaoyong et al. 2015). SLA availability feature will ensure that
proper service is provided towards the users and the quantitative target is being achieved.
SLA scalability
Scalability means that an effective service is being provided towards the users that will be
able to meet the requirements. Scalability ensures that the system is being modified based on the
requirements (Ahmed et al. 2016). Scalability ensures that the services that are provided towards
the users are expandable and the application is able to increase their reliability. Scalability helps
in managing the capacity fluctuation and ensures that effective responsive is provided towards
the users. this ensures that the system possess the ability to function well even in rescaled
situation and effective solution is being provided towards the users. Scalability focuses on adding
