Background:
With the emergence of the cloud computing technology, the perception towards the
growing architectures in the field of software delivery as well as development of various
business modules has changed drastically. While businesses are gradually moving towards
cloud platform, a lot more security concerns related to cloud services are also getting fueled
up creating bottlenecks for business organizations to grow further (Latif et al., 2014).
Although several researches have been made so as to identify the problem that are
faced within the cloud platform, this paper particularly aims in identifying the problem
statement with respect to the context of the research while determining suitable research
questions that would help in conducting the research in a smooth way.
Problem Statement:
Security of information systems is the issue identified which restricts the efficiency of
the cloud computing paradigm in the report. These difficulties have increased gradually,
including private data loss and contamination or revealing of private confidentiality. These
are the challenges that business groups often face in accordance with other issues.
The database server ensures that the client does not have difficulties, such as data loss
or data theft. A malicious person can also enter the cloud by impersonating a lawful user and
infecting the whole cloud (Nkhoma, Dang & De Souza-Daw, 2013). This impacts several
clients who share the affected cloud. When debating cloud security, four kinds of problems
are raised which are the Data issues, Infected Applications, Privacy issues and the security
issues.
