2. Approach to office automation for the staff of the Regional Garden:
The Regional Gardens utilize the Office 365 or the G-suite to provide office automation
for the staff. As per the size of the staff working in the company, the utilization of office
automation become easy. If G-suite is compared with office 365, it is more sensible. Clients need
to access essential applications to utilize the suite. The standard programming of Office 365 can
perform some range of official work that include documentation, presentation, email, chats, off-
line syncing and many more. With both the suites, the Regional Gardens need the meet the
necessities of office automation.
A comparison being made with the use of the application of Office 365 and the application of G-
suite:
The G-suite is more sensible with regard to cost. They uses Gmail as their work email. G-
suite is provided with 10GB free space for SMBs. Based on work, the Google Apps give 30GB
free space in a reasonable cost when compare to its functionality. It has got a feature of searching
which works best for user to get easy access to old emails. The disadvantage of G suite is that the
corporate executive is mostly in need of change management but the integration between the
desktop and the mobile clients is missing. The console or access to business- friendly
administration is also missing. They have the ability to customize the change in interface which
is also limited. The G suite spreadsheet are simple collaborative for data entries. Without the
internet connection G suite is not accessible. If in any case, the user delete the data by mistake it
can be recovered for a limited time only. Office 365 is a platform of SaaS. It has online version
of Office Web Apps usually known as MS Office Suite. With this suite it also include Lync
Server, SharePoint Server, and Exchange Server. Pricing of Office 365 is bit complex to
