We have chosen VMWare for the procurement and the proposal report which includes the
virtualisation and the cloud computing software that is based in California. It works over the
installation on the physical server to allow the multiple virtual machines to run on the same
physical server. The VM works on running over the Operating System where the multiple OS
can run on the physical server for sharing the resources like networking and RAM.
Reasons for Selection
VMWare has been effective for the data centre and management of the cloud infrastructure
where the virtualisation products in standard, enterprise and enterprise plus. The network and
security are for the virtual networking which offers a creation of allowing admin to virtualise the
network components with proper development, deployment and configuring the virtual networks.
They are set for the software layer that includes the administrator to divide the physical networks
mainly into the different multiple virtual networks (Davie et al., 2017). The VMWare vRealize
networks can focus on allowing the administrator to divide into multiple virtual networks.
The network operations management tool is to enable with planning micro segmentation with
check on the VRealize Networks on technology. The admin can deploy the on-premises as
private cloud or run on the service with public cloud. Here, the administrator can work over the
provisioning of applications without waiting for the network for the storage. The price for the
VMWare Enterprise Plus needs the cost of $3500 for 1 physical processor.
Procedure followed
In order to focus on the procedural standards, there is a need to formalise the profitability with
the focus on IT standards. Here, the focus is on working over the technology platform and to
work on using Microsoft technologies and enabled macros to the networking servers. They are
used for the proper communication between the public and the private departments. The
standards are set with the major concern about how open source platform are able to work over
the complexity measures along with re-organisation of the IT infra-structure. The cloud
management platforms allow the user to create and manage the hybrid clouds which include the
operations with proper management platforms that are deployed with the cloud and on-premise
standards. Here, the administrator need to control the mobile devices and the cloud hosted virtual
desktop applications from the single management platforms (Tennenhouse, 2017). Here, the
deployment is to seek for VMWare Air Watch and Identity Manager.
For the procurement, there is a need to focus on the applications from different devices, with
different policies. This also enables the administrator with deployment and management of the
mobile devices, applications and the data, where there is a need to handle the secured corporate
applications for the device on network. VMWare Fusion is the software which works on
Windows OS on Mac computers. It also allows the user to switch and work over the Mac OS
systems to share the data between the operating systems. This works over the user access and the
windows applications on Mac which works through the toolbar with Unity Mode. The evaluation
is on the software standards with secured corporate applications and data that are for the different
devices on the network (Wei et al., 2017).

Recommendations
VMWare needs to improve the web based services to guide the users for the expertise levels with
proper configuration of the system. Through this, there is a possibility to improve the integration
of the cloud management platform where the software defined storage solutions run on the
embedded systems in VMWare. One needs to work on improving the local protection for the
clusters, analytics and the optimised solid-state drive performance with automation process for
the virtual machines using the policy based management.
Conclusion
The products are defined and mapped with the API which could allow the automation or the
scripted management in a proper manner. The VMWare approach is mainly to avoid the issues of
the x-86 based platforms where the delay is about the offending instructions with the
replacement. The uniformity is maintained with the installation of device drivers in the host
operating systems which works over running on the different operating system platforms. Along
with this, there is a booting partition as well. The VMware works on the emulators which are
80% faster speed than the virtual guest OS. The study is also about the slowing down of the
native ranges for the ESX server.
