The following article describes about SLA (service level agreement) and level of service
which is expected from a vendor. SLA standout be an important aspect for outscoring technology
vendor contract (Stephanie Overby 2020). Cloud vendors are very much efficient in modify the
stand SLA due to margin. It is merely provided to commodity services to buyers. In some cases,
customers can do negotiation with the cloud service providers. It is very much important to under
SLA in the domain of cloud computing which helps in analyzing any kind of risk.
Customer can easily joint metrics for providing service providers which stand out as the
factor of cross-supplier effect. This merely creates an impact where vendor can have process not
take into account in the in-scope-contract. IT firms need to managing different service providers
by using operating level agreements. It will highlights how different parties are involved in the
method of delivering IT services.
Governance Control
Cloud consumers are provided with a control on level governance which is much lower in
comparison to on-premises IT resources (Serrano et al., 2016). It merely reduces the complete
governance level control which can come up with risk associated with cloud service provider
operating in the cloud. In addition, this requires external connection that need communication in
between cloud and consumers.
Limited Portability
As a result of absence of proper industry standard in the domain of cloud computing both
industry, public cloud exists to a large extend. Portability can be measured needed for analyzing
the effect of moving the cloud consumers and data in between the clouds.
