INTRODUCTION
• With the current trend in technology many people have get
accessed with new equipment that enables them access data in real
time. Many devices have been introduced including smart phones
which people get access to data within a short period of time. With
many people accessed with these devices, many challenges arises
from this invention. In the education sector mobile phones have lead
to a big impact in the education, this impact can be positive or
negative depending on how the students buy the device for. To test
and implement data and resource allocation within a mobile
network, it is possible to sanction portions of the clouds resources to
recreate a real mobile network of multiple users. The mobile cloud
framework will then be able to provision resources to sets of mobile
users when needed and the load balancer can then be tested.
