Introduction
The aim of the report is to analyze the case study of the AB Pty. Ltd. company and to
develop a system that will help in connecting the trucks (Avgerou and Walsham 2017). This will help
the company to determine the telemetry and movement of the trucks. The aim is to develop an
application that will help the company to fix this issue.
Analyzing the case study
The AB Pty ltd. works as a delivering company. This organization is having three trucks that
are used to deliver the products to their respective customers (Nishiyama, Oiyama and Kato 2015).
With the increasing demand in the market, the situation is getting worsen day by day. These reason
arises due to less number of trucks and management issues.
Solutions
To overcome this problem, it is being suggested to the organization to implement this
measures:
1. Working should be divided into time units
2. Working priority should be set
3. Work must be done with preciseness
4. Implementation of smart application will help in tracking the truck activity
Features of the implemented smart application
The implementation of smart application will help to monitor the activity of their trucks.
These application will help the system to connect with the vehicles (Newman and Newman 2017).
NODE-RED is being incorporated, that will display all the details regarding the speed. In addition
to this, telemetry is being implemented that will help in gathering eh information.

Telemetry is a process that is based on automated communication process. This works by
collecting the information with the help of remote a transmitting the received information for
further monitoring. This is a very useful way and convenient way of collecting the information. I
think that this will help the organization to manage their data collecting process.
Five different data elements
To overcome these problems, the company can include five new elements:
1. The number of trucks can be increased.
2. Delivery should be done based on priority
3. Smart application should develop a site that will assist the customers
4. The exact time should be fixed before delivering
Challenges with developing the application
Application development is not easy. While developing these software the following
challenges are faced:
1. Data collection was difficult
2. The organization need to hire technically skilled labors
3. Application got crashed several time during the developing stage.
Ways to overcome this challenges
Several problems were faced during development of the application the ways to overcome
this problems are several feedback section can be developed so that, they can improve the way of
working. With providing training one can improve the working of the employee (Asrar-ul-Haq and
Anwar 2016).

problems by implementing the smart application within their organization. The company was facing
