Introduction:
The fundamental purpose of this report is to effectively discuss the business process
of Xerox. A detail analysis on the organization Xerox it has been noticed that the mentioned
organization offers a global platform to the audience who wants to incorporate innovation
into the business as well as to their other impactful process by which they can enhance the
services of their respective organizations (Varghese and Buyya 2018). The study has
significantly mentioned that this organization has the fundamental aim to provide the
innovative technologies to their customer companies across the world. While performing the
above mentioned tasks it is very essential to have effective communication as well as the
training sessions with the employs as this holds a significant impact to enhance the business
process of Xerox. Followed by the mentioned aspect it has been determined that the
organization must incorporate such procedures to tech the employs which will never bother
their working effectiveness as well as will surely help to enhance the skills of the employs.
Considering the above aspects this report has effectively discussed about the effective
application in order to address the mentioned problem. Along with that in this paper a detail
elaboration of the approached system, its application as well as the possible limitations are
effectively discussed (Yan et al. 2015). Followed by this it has also covered the study about
the ethical aspects of the approached application. Apart from discussing the above mentioned
aspects it will also cover the recommendation to mitigate the accounted problems. Lastly, the
paper will be concluded by stating how the application of the approached system has
improved the business process of the mentioned organization.

According to the business requirements of the organization Xerox it has been
determined that the organization needs the incorporation of the e-learning for the betterment
of the employ training, which is great initiatives towards the approach of self-paced education

via mobile devices. Followed by the investigation conducted on the approached process it has
been identified that a cloud platformoffers an effective video management solution to the
organization for the betterment of their learning and teaching experience.
Before describing the benefits of the incorporation of Cloud computing into the
business services it is essential to describe the services offered by Cloud Computing
(Varghese and Buyya 2018). Followed by the mentioned concern a detail investigation has
been done on the services of Cloud Computing by relating it with the needs of the mentioned
organization and those findings are listed below:
According to the studies it has been determined that in the operations of Cloud
Computing it has classified the working models into two, one is the Deployment Models and
another one is the Service Models (Li et al. 2018). In the field of the deployment models
there are four cloud models which includes the Public Cloud Model, Private Cloud Model,
Hybrid Cloud Model as well as the Community Cloud Model.
Public Cloud Model-These types of cloud model allows the general population to access the
services as the offered cloud services will be open to all.
Private Cloud Model-These types ofcloud model offers the services which is restricted
within an organization in order to maintain the confidentiality of the confidentiality of the
organizational services.
Hybrid Cloud Model-These types of clouds are the combination of the private and the
public cloud as it is generally an open service however, it holds restriction in several fields
where it is needed (Chang and Ramachandran 2015).
Community Cloud Model-These types of cloud service offers the facility to the work within
a group of organization with the purpose to share information, as well as to perform other
organizational processes.

Xerox requires private cloud deployment model as the e-learning process must perform with
in a single organizational structure (Yan et al. 2015). While elaborating the service models in
has been noticed that there are three significant cloud service models which includes the
Software as a service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and the Infrastructure as a service
(IaaS).
Software as a service (SaaS)-These types of cloud service model offers the facility to utilize
the software application for the organizational purpose.
Platform as a Serviec (PaaS)-These types of cloud service model offers the facility to utilize
the virtual environment in order to run the desired application.
Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas)-These types of cloud service models offers the facility to
access the basic resources within an organization which includes the virtual machine, virtual
storage as well as the physical machines.
After investigating the approached compared with the features of theapproached
system it has been noticed that in this approached system PaaS is required as the approached
e-learning process is fundamentally depends on the Video sharing process by using the cloud
platform. Along with this the application of Azure offers the facility to effectively reduce the
overall cost compared to the conventional learning process (Zhan et al. 2015). Followed by
the above mentioned services it also enables the organization to apply effective authorization
process by which the administration can provided effective security to the resources and
information. Followed by the above aspects it has been also noticed that since the
organization has expressed the interest towards gaining the benefits by educating the employs
about new techniques as well as the technologies there is a huge application of the cloud
