1. Introduction
Throughout this, you will be focused on a case study of a company, AB Pty. Ltd. This is
a company which has a business of product delivery, using three trucks. The company owns only
three trucks. The demands of the deliveries have been increased and it is becoming difficult for
the company to handle the deliveries on time. The out is that, there is a long list of pending
product deliveries and unsatisfied customers. The customers have lately been complaining about
the late deliveries of the products. This is very much a serious threat for the budding business
like AB Pty. Ltd. The company has hired a business analyst to look at the issues and he has
investigated and provided a list of suggestions. Then, an ICT professional is hired to do the
needful. The issue lies on the management part of the total product deliveries. The delivery
service is covered for Austin downtown, Texas, USA. The number of deliveries being completed
has been decreased steadily and has increased the number of pending deliveries of the products.
The objective is to overcome the above stated issues with a proposed solution. To complete
this, design and deployment plan will be produced.
