INTRODUCTION
Cloud ERP refers to the software as a service which permits users to access the enterprise
resource planning with the help of network and internet. It helps companies in getting access to
the business. It is critical to the applications anytime and anywhere. The selected cloud enterprise
resource planning software for the current case study is the Oracle enterprise resource planning
software. It is a software application which was introduced by the Oracle Corporation in 2012. It
administers the enterprise functioning which includes accounting and financial management
along with the project management and procurement (Elbahri, Al-Sanjary, Ali and Mohammed,
2019). The following discussions based on the advantages of using the cloud ERP to plan for
procurement in comparison to sage line 50. The following report also reviews the features of
practical to a supply chain manager and the benefits of accurate data for a cloud based ERP
solution with conclusion.

There are several advantages of using the cloud enterprise resource planning to plan for
procurement and sales are wrong with the manufacturing in comparison to sage 50. Such as
cloud enterprise resource planning systems help the organization in the reduction of hardware
maintenance and energy cost. It is inexpensive in nature and cost-efficient so that the funds can
be saved and invested in some other useful areas. Moreover it supports in collaborating the
business critical information on a real time basis. It is time efficient as well because there is less
time which is spent on the upgrade and backups with good security in the information systems. It
facilitates several options for creating the additional users in a quick and easy manner without
any complications for better comfort users and organizational functioning. Cloud enterprise
resource planning helps in access to the latest cloud tools and technologies which supports the
organization in adopting the advancement in technologies within the company for better working
and good productivity within the company (Kakkar, 2021). Cloud enterprise resource planning
software helps in collaborating with different teams in different locations which means that it
provides the flexibility in mobility anytime and anywhere from the business location. It contains
