1SYSTEM ANALYSIS Introduction Most of the health care systems do not use Information Technology for doing its functions. The health care system are far away than other sector in terms of using the information technology. All the health care systems mainly follows the same drawback. To proceed with their working as well as functions, the health care systems mostly depends on the paper work for keeping the records. But with the increase of information technology to its peak, as well as changing of human lives to a digitized one, many health records are changing their systems to information technology for making the system automated. The health care system are also evolving with the use of information technology as their tool to work daily. The cloud infrastructure is added as a service of information technology in the system of “My Health Record” for serving the customer more efficiently, faster as well as makes the system automated. The cloud service implements many service models that includes Software as a Service, Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service. There are three ways by which these models can be used that is as hybrid clouds, public clouds, community clouds and private clouds. Three Best Vendor of Cloud For implementing the cloud solution in the system of “My Health Record”, three providers of cloud is suggested so that their system can be automated and users finds the system easy to use. The three cloud vendors that are suggested are Microsoft, Salesforce.com, and Amazon Web Service. 1. Microsoft- The Microsoft is one of the most famous technological company around the globe. This company is said to provide the best cloud service provider from all other cloud provider

The company of Microsoft provides my health record with a robust system that the user feels easy to use. This system basically divides the service sector in three tiers. The tiers that the Microsoft makes is Personal Computing, Business Processing, as well as Intelligent Cloud. The Microsoft provides service to all sectors of industries that needs to implement cloud service such as computer system companies or laptop companies. All the application in the industries is shifting to a system which is basically web based, and the service is provided by the Microsoft. The service are provided by the Microsoft includes Office Communication Server, Sharepoint Exchange and many more. Features: The feature that Microsoft provides is development of the application as well as deployment of tools provided to the customer. Most prominent feature that the company provides is to make the system robust and looks into the factor that the system performs more efficiently. The service that is provided by Microsoft is that the system provided with services like operating system, programming languages and framework, different tools, and operating system. Another feature that the Microsoft provides is a central business model along with a free trails period of 30 days and if after 30 days the customer likes the service, they can do a further subscription. 2. Salesforce.com The second famous among all the cloud service provided is the Salesforce.com. The Salesforce.com can provide another best solution for “My Health Record”. The Salesforce.com, an American company that provides service for cloud to all customers as well as companies who

There are many other responsibilities that the Salesforce provides is spanning the sales, marketing, and commerce, communities, marketing, Internet of Things, analytics and many other things. A very compact service is being provided by the Salesforce. In recent times, the Salesforce has combined itself with technologies of Google so that its service is enhanced. The Salesforce is also a famous company that provides the service of cloud. There are many competitive moves that is provided by the Salesforce that makes it unique from other cloud service provider in the information technology sector. The company provides the best service for the customers who switches their cloud technology from other to Salesforce. The customers are provide with 50 percent less subscription fees for the customers and also provides SAP service for the company. An Enterprise Resource Planning is also provided by the Salesforce with help of CRM tools. In this way, the organization provides new service in the sector of information technology. Features: The Salesforce provide unique feature in the information technology sector. The organization provides the sector with application of mobile, marketing, CRM, and many more. There are other services as well that are provided by Salesforce. The Salesforce helps all organization to store the contact of their customer so that they can be contacted at the time of emergency. Another feature that the cloud provides is that the customer can access the information on cloud from anywhere they like to irrespective of the places. 3. Amazon Web Service

A great competitive advantage is being provided by the Amazon service to all its customers. The service modeling that is provided by the AWS is a web based modelling related to computing in the companies. The database that the Amazon stores is very reliable database. The database that is provided by Amazon is CloudFront for delivering the service in the organization. Feature: The feature that the Amazon Web Service is that the system of Amazon is much secured and is provides the safest platform of service among all the service. Another feature that makes Amazon famous is that the service pf Amazon is protected from any kind of data breach or any vulnerabilities of data. Some other features are also provided by Amazon that includes service for database, service for networking, and service for computing power. The Amazon provides service that is flexible and is the most efficient service among all the service. The service of Amazon is very appropriate for using in the system of my health record. Review for Cloud There are different cloud provider that are provided to all the organizations. The service of cloud provided to the companies are very much advantageous for the all the organization. The advantage that cloud provides are described below. 1. The cloud system is very efficient and cost less. The system of organization is not at all costly and all organizations that are big as well as organization that are small can avail the

The software that are needed for running the cloud are also less and the software are previously implemented in the system. 2. All the device that can be connected with the internet can be used for accessing the cloud technology. The system of cloud is very effective as it stores all the information that are related with the organization. The devices that can be used for cloud accessing are laptops, IPads, laptops, computer systems, as well as tablets. 3. No such high technologies or software is needed for implementing the system of cloud. This system of cloud is extremely beneficial and can serve all the service included in Information Technology. The organizations using cloud also will not have to get the license of cloud for using them. 5. The cloud helps to store the data securely. The data are safe from being breached. No such systems are available that are flawless. Considering all the advantages of the cloud, the cloud service also provides with some disadvantages. The issues of the cloud are stated below. 1. All the devices that are to be needed for accessing the cloud should be connected with internet because the user cannot access the documents without the internet connection on their device. 2. The internet service that the cloud use should be of high frequency. The cloud cannot be accessed with low frequency bandwidth. When the user uses other application with the internet, then the user cannot utilize the cloud system.

The cloud obviously provides security for data. But, maintaining the security is a difficult task for the providers who provides cloud for the organization. The company always have to stay updated with all form of insecurity in the organization. Approach System Development Life Cycle Advantages / Disadvantages of Predictive SDLC The advantage that the predictive approach of SDLC model provides is that the system can be described easily. The method of the application can be usually described very easily and the requirements are clearly understandable. Project requirements should be steady for this method. In this system model technical risks are lower (Gangwar, Date & Ramaswamy, 2015). This model also provides some disadvantages too. Since this model does not provide backward process, through plans should be made prior to starting the entire system itself. Once the process is done there are no turning back. Advantages/ Disadvantages of Adaptive SDLC The advantages of the adaptive approach of SDLC is it provides the user with time flexibility (Toosi, Calheiros & Buyya, 2014). Which means the user can add or change additional functions to the system even after starting the project. The requirements of the project can also be changed the same way. Implementation is the main focused area in this method. The adaptive SDLC also have some disadvantages as well (Tung, Richter & Savjani, 2015). This method contained some technical risk factors. It is a complicated process. Since the requirements can change afterwards, the budget can also vary.
