Clune Fund Services is facing a challenge of lack of leadership from their leaders. This research discusses alternative leadership development practices to be utilized, suitability of outsourcing, and methods to evaluate the leadership development practices. The practices include using strategic imperative, defining tailored leadership competencies, and applying an all-inclusive learning approach. Outsourcing services would support the measurement of value to the human resource of Clune Fund services. Methods to evaluate leadership development practices include using assessment tools synthetically, utilizing numerous leadership simulations, and developing a questionnaire by the employees’ participation.
