Agencies diversification strategies
Diversification strategies are the ones set by the company aiming to penetrate in the new market
which the business is not currently operating. This is accompanied by creating up a new product
and service for that new market. As the main center of CMS is planning to achieve its main goals
is also ready to achieve the Agency's objectives and meet the local challenges being faced by the
people (Kouamé & Langley, 2018). The three main components will be used to achieve this,
these include representation, protection, and monitoring.
Representation – this will help to develop and maintain regional, state and local partnerships
among all beneficiaries. Governmental and professional agencies should be well understood
according to the local influences and build a strong partnership which is impossible to break.
These regional and local offices should scan and analyze the local market and share the
information with the head office. This will help head office to develop policies and decision
cutting across all parties.
Protection – the local offices should be able to safeguard policies and decision developed by the
head office. By ensuring this will enable the company to deliver high-quality health care which is
efficient, effective, safe, patient-centered and timely equitable services to all beneficiaries.
Monitoring – this helps to maintain health care programs which are affordable to all. Well
monitoring of Agency monetary claiming, survey state agency and managing care plans and
amongst other contractors process, will help to achieve targeted goals as per headquarters’
policies.
