INTRODUCTION
Coach work means empowering people to be the best performers that they will be and
setting people up for success in work area. The present report explains effectiveness of risk
management, frequency, nature and types of injuries and justifies near misses & dangerous
happens. It clarifies, suitability of team for activity, effectiveness of briefings, suitability of
equipment and support of other agencies. Furthermore, it also explains strengths and areas for
betterment, roles & accountabilities of staff, first aid and fire safety provisions and other
elements included in plan for coaching session. It also defines suitability of sites as well as
participants.
Effectiveness of risk management
Risk management is the procedure of determining, evaluating and controlling risks
arising from operational elements and taking decisions that handle risk costs with mission
advantages. It defined as term applied to systematic and logical approach of establishing context,
analysing, treating, identifying, communicating and monitoring risks associated with any
function, process & activity in way that will allow someone to decrease losses and increase
opportunities.
Risk management is quite effective and helpful, it supports to avoid risk altogether,
identify risk and take action in order to reduce their impact on activity and function (Aven,
2016). The main goal of risk management is to determine risks and assure they are treated well.
Risk management is very essential leadership tenet meant to determine potential threats for
removal before they derail success of business or work. It helps to replace equipment associated
with risk and affect the level of growth and high success of performance. After considering the
risk, training is the another effectiveness of risk management that help to strengthen human
power to perform effectively and do their best according to the expectations of third party. Risk
management permit people to timely identify trouble spots and communicate with right person
on time. Individual adapt appropriate work and take action after identify risk in order to achieve
specific objectives and goals.
Combat risks at sources by technology controls and provide collective protective
measures initiatives, for example separate operator from risk of disclosure to know dangerous
substance by enclosure the procedure.

Injuries
Injury is damage to human body, it is most common term that refers to harm caused by
hits, falls, accidents and weapons, injuries often happen because of unexpected accident, but
sutures, surgery and stitches also cause wounds. It results from traffic collisions, poisoning,
burns or falls, drowning & violence from self-inflicted violence and other things (Monteilh, Patel
and Gaffney, 2017). It happens at play or work, outdoors as well as indoors, walking nearby
street and while driving a car. Wounds is injuries that harm skin and other tissues of human
body, it includes scrapes and punctured skin.
Types of injuries-
Brain injury-
It refers to occurrence of abuse to brain which causes damage, it defined as jolt or blow to

skills and knowledge, they are capable to experience positive things while doing task in team.
Participants comprehension during & after group work is quite beneficial for them as they can
perform much better than before.
Suitability of participants- during team work, leader had opportunity to be familiar with
their team members, it is also beneficial for peoples to familiar with activity and understand its
importance. They are able to get training on use of equipment and learn how to use at the time of
practical work. The medical condition of every participant has to be good according to their age.

Briefings is instructional or informational meetings, it occurs when people hold meeting
to give essential information or directions on new objectives, assignments, policies and
strategies. In context of small business, all members participate in single briefings, which is quite
beneficial for everyone.
It will be short, concise, adapted and structures in way to specific conditions of method
and landing or take off (Kitchener and Jorm, 2017). It is designed to give info effectively and
quickly about a problem problems or risk. Briefings is used to influence judgement and provide
better solutions, it offers channel for delivering clear message or concept & encouraging open
communication. Effective and timely face to face interaction will prevents grapevine and rumour
from gaining credibility. The data and info cater hereafter will expand on purpose to give a
chance to discuss as well as review in details each briefing subjects.
Sustainability of equipment
Equipment is essential items for specific purpose, it defined as tangible resources that is
used in business operations and other activities. Dress code, eye wear, helmets, mouth guards,
jock straps, safety mats, face protection, guards and pads are the equipment of activity. While
playing games, all these equipments is used by group of people, it is analysed through
observation. All above things is considered as protective equipments used while playing games
or any sports activity.
Participants come up with proper dress code according to the rules of activity, they do not

Police officer plays their vital for in society or community, they help to protect property
and people from harm. General duties of policy include patrolling neighbourhoods, controlling
crime, responding to emergency situation, delivering warrants and identify safety aspects &

effectively (Abraham, 2016). Participant guidelines also included in play for coaching session,
guidelines put forward in proactive stance of trust or faith toward all participants, inviting
everyone to be their best self and to supports others had positive briefing experiences. In order to
prevent people from harm, coach or leader must take fire or any injury precautions.
Coach are suggested to take professional indemnity insurance which is beneficial for their
career.
