INTRODUCTION
Coach work means empowering people to be the best performers that they will be and
setting people up for success in work area. The present report explains effectiveness of risk
management, frequency, nature and types of injuries and justifies near misses & dangerous
happens. It clarifies, suitability of team for activity, effectiveness of briefings, suitability of
equipment and support of other agencies. Furthermore, it also explains strengths and areas for
betterment, roles & accountabilities of staff, first aid and fire safety provisions and other
elements included in plan for coaching session. It also defines suitability of sites as well as
participants.
Effectiveness of risk management
Risk management is the procedure of determining, evaluating and controlling risks
arising from operational elements and taking decisions that handle risk costs with mission
advantages. It defined as term applied to systematic and logical approach of establishing context,
analysing, treating, identifying, communicating and monitoring risks associated with any
function, process & activity in way that will allow someone to decrease losses and increase
opportunities.
Risk management is quite effective and helpful, it supports to avoid risk altogether,
identify risk and take action in order to reduce their impact on activity and function (Aven,
2016). The main goal of risk management is to determine risks and assure they are treated well.
Risk management is very essential leadership tenet meant to determine potential threats for
removal before they derail success of business or work. It helps to replace equipment associated
with risk and affect the level of growth and high success of performance. After considering the
risk, training is the another effectiveness of risk management that help to strengthen human
power to perform effectively and do their best according to the expectations of third party. Risk
management permit people to timely identify trouble spots and communicate with right person
on time. Individual adapt appropriate work and take action after identify risk in order to achieve
specific objectives and goals.
Combat risks at sources by technology controls and provide collective protective
measures initiatives, for example separate operator from risk of disclosure to know dangerous
substance by enclosure the procedure.
