EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Through coaching practices an individual increase their skills, abilities and capabilities
for performing particular job in effective manner. There are different approaches which can be
adopted by a coach in order to conduct their work properly such as conducting fun activities at
class, conduct regular discussion. In order to implement these approach a coach need to adopt
different theories such as GROW theory. Along with this there are some advantages and
disadvantages of approach which adopted coach so it is essential for them to conduct proper
evaluation before adopting any strategy.
