The source used to gather the data that indicates the need to provide coaching in the
organisation are the employees. The employees are the ones possess direct contact with the
leaders or the managers who are responsible for the working of the company. Thus, they are
the primary source who are used in gathering the data.
Question 2
The coaching strategy that worked best in the sphere of coaching within the
organization is the effective communication of the ideas that proved smooth functioning of
the organization and helped in resolving the conflicts. This information is based on the
assessment of the developed relationship the employees maintain with their managers.

The two stakeholders are the employees and the employers who are constantly
working within the organization. The role of the employers is to adapt suitable techniques of
management and the responsibility of achieving success of the coaching program lies with
the employees. The monitoring techniques include performance improvement culture and
reality measuring reality module.

The stakeholders had improved relationships within the sphere of the organization as
the workers and the employers are directly involved in the process. The types of
communication included vocal and communication by the involvement of secondary sources
which includes the coaches.
