Introduction
Self assessment is the powerful tool to analyse the strengths and weaknesses an
individual has in its skill set. Personal reflection or self reflection writing is a
very complex process takes significant amount to think about, evaluate about and
reflect those thoughts into the words that will be representing our thoughts,
behavior and attitude. Basically, a personal reflection is the overall evaluation of
the performance during the particular role.
