Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to apply for a position of Career Coach within your organization. I
possess an amazing interpersonal along with communication skills with a bachelor’s degree in
counseling. My coaching philosophy is to work with students to support them by facilitating
them with guidance, which help them to recognize the suitable career path. An effective Career
Coach will possess the necessary skills to assist their team members learn the skills essential
aspects to work together and gain success. It is significant for students to have some basic
knowledge of what kind of career they have an interest in so they will gain the ability to prepare
themselves which proves to be critical for some individual. My practice plan examples includes
the ability to support students determine their specific skills along with the aspects which will
help in determining their real interest which will support them in choosing a career path. After
that I will guide them by then providing them with information regarding various options they
have. It will help them in narrowing things down to the excellent choice for them. I also have the
capability to help students acquire specific job skills needed for a career choice they want to
pursue. I have always esteemed the commitment of your organization for the students and I
would contemplate it as an opportunity to be a part of your organization. I take my job very
earnestly and I consider that today’s children are tomorrow’s future. My goal and vision is to put
my training as well as skills to help students meet and advance their career objectives.
Coaching responsibility is to provide motivation, instructing in appropriate skills and analyzing
student’s performance. If I get an opportunity to work in your organization I will be responsible
for helping students conduct research to look for job openings. I have the training and skills to
help students write cover letters, create resumes and fill out applications as well as to apply for
jobs. Learning how to do well within an interview is determined to be a significant part of getting
a job and I am able to teach students how to conduct themselves in a way that will leave a good
image. My professional experience involves interviewing students to discover their fear, skills
and goals and then supporting them to develop an action plan for attaining those objectives.
Coaching self-evaluation helps in analyzing strengths and weaknesses. According to me what
makes an excellent Career Coach is being a great listener and compassion and analyze its
