EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Corporate Social responsibilities are accompanied with the particular operations of the
organization that ensures organization’s responsibilities to stakeholders. The main outcome
of the effective CSR activities is related to the increased goodwill. The CSR activities
increase the benefits available to society and stakeholders of the organization. In this report,
CSR activities and functions of the Coca Cola Amatil Company has been taken into
consideration. This company has been investing 5% of its average five year net profit in its
CSR functional program to strengthen the benefits available to society at large. The CSR
program is the way or source to provide the benefits to society or pay back to society what
company has taken from them while running the business in society and economy at large. It
is analyzed that company takes several things from the society and runs the business in the
society. Therefore, by proper CSR activities and functional program would increase the
overall outcomes and benefits to society at large. In this report, we have considered that the
gaps between the expectation of the stakeholders and real work performance towards their
expectation. There are two models have been used to analyse the CSR activities and ethical
work program of the company which is accompanied with the Carroll’s Pyramid and Wartick
and Cochrane’s Typology.

Corporate social responsibilities show the legal and ethical compliance program and
responsibilities of the organizational towards its society. Each and every organization need to
deliver the best possible benefits outcomes to society to give back it has taken to run the
business in the society. In this report, Carroll’s Pyramid and Wartick and Cochrane’s
Typology have been used as method of the CSR activity. This report is prepared to analysis
and evaluates the CSR program of the Coca Cola Amatil Company. It is one of the top 100
