of the child and the young people. It includes :

experience. Having a code of conduct at the professional workplace clarifies what are the

conduct(Zarei and Rasti-Barzoki, 2022). These code of conduct includes the rights of the
employees and the rules of the workplace. Workers are expected to behave in a certain manner
which is socially acceptable and being respectful in another way.
