In this article, I have analyzed how it is important for employees to be aware of the code of

responsibility of manners and leaders to go through such practices. Moreover, the article
has offered me knowledge about the importance of a code of conduct of an organisation and
the terms at which it could be a breach by any author. I came to know that it is important to
be known with the data restricted in code if it is instructed. One must have to read the code of
conducts numerous times. The content of this article is useful for business professionals in a
manner that they can defend themselves in case someone or company blames them for
breaching any code of conduct.
