the coffee enthusiasta in market. Aside from two partners overseeing upper management
responsibilities and duties, they will employ around 10 to 12 baristas, 4 to 5 shift manager, and 2
social media and website manager.

Exsiting competition in market uses a lower grade beans and inexpensive equipment and
also does not train their staff properly- resulting in the inconsistent product quality along with the

At coffee pup, this café is passionate about the coffee and intend to pay attention on consistently
to serve highest quality product by:
 Using top of lien espresso machine and other related equipments.
 Sourcing a premium beans or snacks and also maintaining freshness every time.

 Providing the baristas with a professional training.
 By paying attention on consistency, quality and great customer service respective café

 Of baristas on the shift, 1 perosn will be designated as a manager. This employee will
handle the employee and customer issue, manage scheduling properly and also assist with
the ordering and inventory.

 Partners will be the operations manager and also will likely spilt their time between
different shifts. They will manage the ordering; oversee sale, business partnership and
marketing development of regular special and events along with the future growth
(Kurnia, 2021).
 Its owners will hire a social media manager in order to ensure that post related to the café
on Instagram, Face book, and Twitter are professionally made and also are in the line
with its company image and branding.
Growth strategy
Coffee pup’s has adopted diversification growth strategy in which it has started a new
business within new market. Respective organization has adopted this strategy as it allows for
the more variant and alternatives for services and product. If done appropriately, then
diversification provides a marvelous boost to the brand image and profitability for the respective
