GS plus ltd. Group has provided the contract of opening another coffee shop and a
team has been established for accomplishing the project constraints and objectives. The
construction of the new coffee shop will be manipulating the project towards complexities
and thus, the management will need to establish a better and effective plan based on which
the entire project can be delivered. The ABC coffee shop will be able to provide the same
service at another location and in manner to meet the business and market needs, the project
manager will have to document and consider the entire project constraints.

2.1 Project purpose and justification
The purpose of the project is to deliver and prepare an another coffee shop without
altering the standard and quality of the output being delivered in the Australian economy. The
following project planning is being developed in manner to emphasize on every phase and

objectives and goals of the project. Project management is the most considerable and crucial
