The location of the café is generally selected within a shopping complex so that the people who came for shopping within the complex will visit the café. Project Manager’s rolesA project manager is the individual who generally takes the responsibility of planning, designing, initiating, executing, and monitoring as well as controlling the project so that the café will be opened within the expected time and budget in the Chadstone City Shopping Complex. They are also responsible of making decisions both small and large in order to control risk by minimizing uncertainty.
