1. IntroductionThe report had considered for the development of the project system and operationanalysis by considering the case study of the Allsports Sports Club. According to Ameller etal., (2013), the development of the automatic report generation system for the AllsportsSports Club would require the use of technology and improvement facilities. Thedeployment of the existing facilities would form the employment of the existing facilitiesand processing. The aim of the project is for the installation of the existing processes anddeploys the development of the operational processing. The implication of the operationalprocessing would help in categorizing the deployment of the processes. The report hadformed the analysis of the project development and it would realize the formation of theimproved processes (Burke, 2013). The cost benefit analysis would also be done for ensuringthe operational processes of the organization. The objective of the project is for the development of the project completion and it wouldhelp the Allsports Sports Club for ensuring the system of report generation system. Theobjectives of the project are,To implement the effective plan of the system development model for AllsportsSports ClubTo form the system for implementing the effective plan development and it wouldresult in forming the successive development modelTo implement the operational process of the development for integrating theoperations of the processes To form the deployment of effective and influential development of the systemfeasibility and occurrencePage 2

2. Approach to Systems Development 2.1 Existing System of Allsports Sports Club The Allsports Sports Club had been supporting a number of sports facilities and activities such asswimming, football, and table tennis. The organization requires printing a newsletter namely ‘TheSports Report’ for intriguing the smart deployment of the development of the operations. Thenewsletter would be required for interviewing the smart processing of the existing facilities of theoperations. The modification of the system development would involve the classification of thesystem integration for the development of the existing facilities in the organization (Chen et al.,2014). The formation of the implementation model would include the deployment of the existingfacilities for forming the improved operations. There are five workers used for doing theadministrative work at Allsports Sports Club. The club includes the storing of data like name of theclub members, their address, contact information, email address, and other information. Thedevelopment of newsletter would require the use of the information for forming the improvedintegration of the operations. However, the Allsports Sports Club had been facing issues like timeconsuming nature. The synthesizing of the report generation would include the development of theimproved facilities (Goknil, Kurtev & van den Berg, 2016). It would form the deployment of theexisting system form to develop the production of the operational development. The cost of postingthe newsletter would imply for integration of the operations. 2.2 Proposed System for the Allsports Sports ClubThe Allsports Sports Club had been suggested for the development of the improved of theoperations. The development of the processes would be developed for forming the development ofthe operations (Kerzner, 2013). The system development would form the use of agile developmentmethodology and it would include the formation of the proposed system. The project controlstrategy would be formed for the development of the processing. The system would be developedfor integrating the development of the operational processing. The development of the processingwould be implied for forming the development of the operations. The deployment of the processingwould form the verification of the system development. The development of the integration wouldbe formed for developing reports for members with and without emails separately, and theadvertisement for the newsletter. The deployment of the existing system would result in formingthe effective and smart deployment of the existing facilities. Page 3
