For this purpose, I have provided my biography and mentioned all skills I possess. I am presently pursuing a course of Masters in Information system at CQU, Melbourne. My family comprises of four members, my father is a farmer and my mother is a government employee. I am the youngest and have one elder brother who is a mechanical engineer. My date of birth is January 6, 1995. I have done my bachelor of technology in electrical and electronics stream from Jawaharlal Nehru technological university, Kakinada during 2011-15. After my studies, I have completed courses in Java. I even have done preparation for PTE. Currently, I have no work experience as just after my bachelors I came to Australia for pursuing my masters in IT. I thought of completing my post-graduation before going for jobs. My future plan for work is to be a network engineer in a reputed company. My goal is to become proficient in network deployment. I will choose teamwork skills as one of my unit learning outcomes as being an ICT professional managing teamwork in workplace plays a vital role in the success of projects. Teamwork skills benefit in various ways. Firstly it boosts the productivity as the workload is shared & distributed equally according to one's skills and the task gets completed fast and efficiently. Secondly, it establishes and develops better relationship or understanding among co-workers allowing them to communicate openly and freely by motivating each other for better results. It even helps to
learn ways to resolve various disagreements and conflicts as the team works collectively. Thirdly it also encourages new innovations and to produce creatively. It leads to better and more practical solutions to faced problems. It even helps in the brainstorming process of employees creating a healthy atmosphere of completion leading to success. Later it also improves the services as instead of one hand many hands are working on a project making it more efficient and reliable and fulfilling the customers’ needs and satisfying them. It also makes the working atmosphere more flexible and a balance between the works of employees. The course seems promising to me and I hope will deliver some good outcomes that will be beneficial for my career.
