"Impact of employee's motivation on the performance of Coles in Australia". The key problem of
Cole’s supermarket is that employee’s turnover is gaining and existing employees have declined
their efficiency towards the work due to lack of motivation strategy at the workplace. This
investigation would be effective for declining the employee’s turnover rate and encouraging the
employees towards their work by using efficient motivation strategy (Grimmer, Miles and
Grimmer, 2016).
