are used at the time of pandemic such as RemoteHQ and Zimbra. Also, discuss the cloud
computing ad storage with the help of its advantages and disadvantages Ans its suitability.
Moreover, there are identify about cyber attackers which are protecting the data of organisation
related to privacy and its challenges. Further, discuss the importance of crypto currency for the
business.

Due to covid-19 there are large number of people affected on the basis of theirs work and
software etc. which are pivoting to match on the basis of coming collaboration tools such as
askway, Zimbra, remote, sketchboard etc. in order to see the factors which are important for
selecting the tools for the future (Badrul and Akmaludin, 2018). There are so many organisations
that are directly impacted by coronavirus in which software companies are participated for
launching new software’s so that it can help in the situation of pandemic. There is tangible as
well as non-tangible components which are provided such as customer support, design, services,
features etc. There are some of the tools which are discussed as follows:

Zimbra is related to an open source, though enterprise-grade, calendaring, cloud-based email and
platform for collaboration. It has been analysed that there is the widest adoption among focusing
to security for organizations and government agencies that are demanding for the control over

same time on a web. It helps to get feedback at the same time in order to track movement and it
helps to forget email back and forth times that consume meeting which are helps to work in an
easy connected way.
It provides organic boost to the team that directly help to increase the capacity of connecting
with all the employees of the organisation so that it helps to collaborate with teams. At the time
of conference there are viable solution in order to collaborative the visualization which are
helping the team members that are abstract on the basis of diagrams and ideas on visual papers.
The other capabilities are related to the potential customers such as website design and project

management with the help of business intelligence for the general collaboration and also for

needs internet connection for storage that can be create issues while there is no internet. Along

unable to protect the files and other confidential documents of the company from the
hackers during the pandemic. The common human errors are significantly affecting the
business data privacy and protection because unaware employees sometime use weak

employees sometime mistakenly delete the data which ultimately cause heavy loss to the
business is one of the challenge organization are facing during lock-down and work from
home.

organization and employees are facing. The business and security professional are not
aware of the advance technology such as loT which has causes various data loss to the

company. It is essential for the security professional to understand and learn about the
updated version of the technologies in order to keep all the data related to business safe
from the hackers. With loT, they are also need to re-examine the BYOD policies and scan
the network to connect all devices with the network.
 Challenge of sharing files securely and efficiently: Previously, the data are shared by
the employees to each other internally within the company via using the strong password
set by the IT team of the company. But during the work from home, each employee
shares the data with each other using their own emails id where they do not able to set
strong password. The impact of which the chances of leakage of data is increases and is
one of the challenge for the organization (Machin and et.al., 2021). The unauthorized

business.
 Cost of maintaining data privacy: Because of the covid-19, the companies need to
implement advanced technologies and software’s in order to secure and protect their
confidential information. It is because it is found out in a research that average cost of
data breach can cause millions of revenue loss to the company. The average cost of
breach in the 2017 is around $3.62 million. It might be because of the lack of security
controls of the business which is challenge for the company that leads to loss of their
loyal customer base as well.
Measure to solve the privacy and security challenge:
In order to solve the challenge and issue related to data privacy and security a protect the
online service and digital platform from cybersecurity, the following measure is recommendable
to the companies:
 Training to remote workforce: The companies have to provide the proper training
session to its remote workforce regarding the scams. They also need to provide learning
regarding how they can set strong passwords for their sites, files etc. They have to
explain them that they should not share the passwords even with their family members as
an ethical measure in the beginning stage (Liang and Ji, 2021). Further, the company can
train them via E-learning and web-based training platforms.
 Adequate use of encryption: In order to protect the data, the main measure that IT firms
can use are end-to-end encryptions. This are basically used by the company in order to

ensure that no sensitive data regarding the company and its customers are leaked in the
public. Along with this, the in-transit data is also adequately protected by the company to
make sure its confidentiality and integrity.
 Use of real time security monitoring: This is also one of the measure with the help of
which only authorized personnel are allowed to access the data. It is best to monitor and
reduce the unauthorized access to the data (Torres-Gastelú, 2021).

the goods and services online thus it is considering as a type of payment for the businesses. The

My opinion on adoption of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoins to businesses
Crypto currencies such as bitcoins is one of the most profitable investment assets which
helps the businesses in dealing with various issues. Beside this, as it is managing over the
internet and online thus it also helps the business in securing the money transfer which is not
possible manually. This are performing well in the past five years but also have volatility of risk
which the businesses have to be consider thoroughly before making any decision. The risk
attached with the crypto currencies such as bitcoins that it has no fundamental values on their
own and therefore their value could drop to zero at any point of time (Apergis, Koutmos and
Payne, 2021). Thus, as per my opinion, I would suggest the businesses that before entering in
this investment assets they should consider all the pros and cons of the crypto and bitcoins
otherwise it may lead to heavy loss to them.
