The present article aims to discuss the constraint and the benefits of the partnerships that
the organizations involve into. I had been working in the organization for some years now, and I
essentially have stayed in the administration department. I have seen my organization to get
involved into professional relationship and partnership with other organizations. Each of the
partnerships had determined a change within the organization, and had impacted the organization
in a number of positive and negative ways. Therefore, the aim of the following report is to
develop an understanding of the importance or the significance of strategic partnerships of an
organization with other public and private organizations. Also, to understand the
communicational strategies that the organizations undertake in order to develop a strategic
partnership with other organizations.
Therefore, the prime objective of the paper are,

partnership. Therefore the basic aim of the partnership relationships are to develop a financial
and an operational relationship with the organizations. With the public bodies, the organization
