INTRODUCTION
Collaborative working within heath and social care refers to working of different group
together to achieve a particular goal which can allow to delivery better care and hae4lthcare
support to patient or individuals. There is is sharing of resources, knowledge and ideas with each
other for the area of improvement. This can be there in between two different organisation or
with two different team. Collaborative working within healthcare is about working of different
healthcare professionals with different background to delivery some services to patient and their
families with better and high quality across settings. The Care Act 2014 is the legislation which
focuses on provident person-centred approach to the patient and vulnerable adults during
safeguarding. This is the act in which allows local authorities to focus on the delivery of better
and support to the people who need better care and support. It is an important act which allows to
improve people's independence and well-being. This act provides the authority to get the
healthcare services and support to the people who needed proper care and are getting
deterioration in their health (Sullivan 2021). Professional and care stranded allows to focus on
the diagnostic, intervention, competencies and evaluation of individual which allow to focus on
the direct care, quality assurance and consultation. This is regarding to follow the guidelines
which can help to delivery of better care and support through using the correct standard of care
which focuses on the quality of delivery through following the standard guidelines.

There are many theory which are applied in the collaboration in health and social care.
This includes teamwork, communication and motivation.
Social learning theory is one of the communication theory which are applied as a useful
tool which can be employ to accessing and assisting client. This is the theory which allows to
communicate effective during collaboration. This allows to get the learning about the individual
behaviour that can help through observing the client and act accordingly. This is highly effective
during collaboration when there is need for effeciv4e communication for delivering of better are
and support. It allows and focuses on attention, retention, motivation and many more.
