INTRODUCTION

and provide better experience for people who utilise health and social care services. The act is
extremely significant because it provides support to different people from past various years with
an aim to put people in control of concern and support. Professional standards explain the
competence level of care in nursing procedure (Kim and et.al., 2017). Their main purpose is to
maintain safe and competent nursing practices.
