Executive Summary
The following report is based on the identification of issues that are faced by the Commercial
Cleaning Companies. The report starts with the overview of the industry and the internal and
external analysis of the industry in general. The analysis at the beginning provides a compact and
clear picture of the Commercial Cleaning Companies and their ways and mode of operations.
The following report thus proceeds with the organizational analysis and background and
proceeds to the purpose of the research and also the main research questions that have been
identified in the following research. The review part of the following chapter has highlighted the
in depth discussions of the theories and has analyzed the studies related to the following subject.
The methodology part of the chapter has shown the use of the different methodological tools and
the research methods that have been used in the research. Apart from the discussion of the
methods and the tools a powerful justification regarding the selection of the tools and their
suitability for the particular research has been provided. The analysis chapter has provided a

process and machineries of the company. The management of the company has been enhancing
and strengthening the promotion of the business as eco friendly and green ones which will also
help in gaining a strategical competitive advantage in the market. The fact of Crest Cleaning
company being the largest Cleaning Company of New Zealand is mainly due to the
transformation of the company to a green company that have its head held high above the other
companies in the cleaning industry of New Zealand.
