INTRODUCTIONCommercial Law is also termed as a trade law. It is mainly a body of law applies toconduct of person, rights and relations, merchandising, trade and sales and business engaged incommerce. Commercial law sometimes considered as branch of civil law. In this law, there is aninvolvement of legal problems that can take place while running of commercial transactions andbusinesses. Clients that come in this law are insurance companies, governments, largebusinesses, banks and more.
