The key individuals involved in developing the innovation and founding the company:
The key individuals those are involved in the business are also involved in the innovation
process of the business. This is so because the individuals like the share holders, key stae
holders, the partnership business are all involved in the introduction of the innovative process in
the business. The innovative strategy can only be proposed by the business when the business
founds that there are amount of capital investments as the introduction of the new innovative
strategy for bringing up innovative products will require more business to invest on the business
as it requires various resources for bringing up the change process in the business operation
process. The change in the entire business process will be able to bring up innovative product or
the business.
The innovation/technological advance/IP upon which the company was founded
South Australian energy storage startup 1414 Degrees start trading on the Australian Securities
Exchange today after raising $16.3 million as part of its IPO. The startup has spent a decade and
$15 million developing its silicon storage technology and will begin trading as a public company
from 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time. The startup’s technology stores electricity as
thermal energy by heating and melting containers full of silicon at a cost estimated to be up to 10
times cheaper than lithium batteries. Silicon is the second most abundant element in the earth’s
crust after oxygen. A tonne of silicon can store enough energy to power 28 houses for a day. Its
high latent heat capacity and high melting temperature of 1414C make it ideal for the storage of
large amounts of energy. The process also generates large amounts of clean useable heat, which
can easily be utilised for district heating or industrial purposes.

The innovation/technological advance/IP
The innovations that can be introduced in the company in case of bringing up with the innovative
products are that the Laser Ignition Technology. This technology uses composite lasers to
produce multiple temporal ignition pulses, which can be used to improve the efficiency of both
laser ignition systems for natural gas fueled engines as well as laser-induced breakdown
spectroscopy (LIBS) sensors. This technology is available for licensing and/or further
collaborative research from the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology
Laboratory. Argonne engineers are looking to laser igniters, which are more reliable and durable.
The initial flame triggered by a laser is much larger than with a spark plug, which allows the
system to better handle the harsh conditions of modern engines. Lasers are also more dependable
because they have no physical parts inside the combustion chamber. Argonne engineers simply
aim lasers through a sapphire lens to ignite the mixture of fuel and air. The lack of maintenance
is especially important for large stationary engines that power generators for the electric grid,
which are offline for days to replace damaged spark plugs. Therefore this innovative product will
raise the reputation of the business in the business market and will also look forward great
business competition in the business market.
Relationships with other companies, partnerships, licenses, joint ventures
The relationship of the company with the other company is quite good as the business have the
business transactions with other business. The partnerships among the business help the business
to move towards the innovation process. The investment of the key stake holders is important for
