The following paper presents an annotated bibliography on the impacts of the
organizational culture and the disposition of the employees on the mental health of the
employees. The paper puts forth a discussion of the effects of organizational culture on the
mental health of the employees of the organization. The paper attempts a discussion on the
development of the issues that are implemented within the workplace due to the organizational
culture that is maintained by the concerned business firm. The paper further discusses the views
of the authors on the effects of the disposition of the workers on the mental health of the
concerned employees who have been serving at the various levels within the organizational
hierarchy.

company. The authors state that the suppression of the anger on the part of the employees often
leads to the issues in the mental health of the concerned employees. This in turn affects the
performance of the employees in a negative manner and might at times lead to the arousal of the

are employed at the various organizations that have been operational in the country. The article
tends to focus on the steps that were undertaken by the business organizations in order to
incorporate the disabled people within the workforce of the company. The article also tends to
deal with the perceptions of the employability of the concerned people within the workforce of
